It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and user to determine and ensure the legality of:

INSTALLATION & BAFFLE WARNING
FAILURE TO PROPERLY INSTALL AND FULLY TIGHTEN THE BAFFLE MAY RESULT IN CATASTROPHIC PRODUCT FAILURE.
Improper installation, insufficient torque, loosening during use, neglect, misuse, or continued use after loosening may cause breakage, equipment damage, serious bodily injury, or death.
The user is solely responsible for:
- Verifying proper installation before each use
- Ensuring the baffle is fully tightened and secured
- Discontinuing use immediately if loosening or damage is detected
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The purchaser and user knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, foreseeable or unforeseeable, associated with the purchase, possession, installation, use, misuse, modification, or inability to use this product.
HOLD HARMLESS & INDEMNIFICATION (AGGRESSIVE)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the purchaser and user agree to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tuna-Cans LLC, its owners, members, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, distributors, retailers, and successors from any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to:
- Personal injury or death
- Property or equipment damage
- Product failure or malfunction
- Improper installation or maintenance
- Illegal or unintended use
- Violations of law or regulation
- Third-party claims
- Civil or criminal proceedings
- Attorneys’ fees and court costs
This obligation applies regardless of cause, including negligence, strict liability, or alleged defect, and survives the purchase, transfer, or use of the product.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Tuna-Cans LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of profits, or legal consequences, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
NO MODIFICATION
Any modification, alteration, or improper installation voids any responsibility or liability of Tuna-Cans LLC and is undertaken entirely at the user’s own risk.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing, opening, installing, possessing, or using this product, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms contained in this document.
