The Tuna Cans .45 Cal – XL is the biggest version of our hard-use .45 platform—made in-house in our Texas warehouse from heat-treated 17-4 stainless steel for strength that can take real abuse. Built for high round counts and wide caliber versatility, the XL model adds more baffles and more internal volume while keeping the same no-nonsense Tuna Cans design.

Inside, it runs a 12-baffle stack with ribbed baffles to increase internal turbulence for strong performance and consistency. The threaded baffle system means each baffle screws together, creating a solid, serviceable stack built to last.

Up front, the suppressor includes a large 3″ blast chamber, allowing it to accept HUB mounts and large mounting systems that use standard TPI threading (we recommend the Tuna Can “1-Piece” Mount).
